POKER HELP PATHS

Help While You Play Poker

If something goes wrong at the table — a disconnection mid-hand, a bet that did not register, or a question about how a side bet pays out — our support team handles live poker queries through the same channels as the rest of the platform. Response times vary; live chat moves fastest for in-session issues.

Disconnection During a Hand If your connection drops mid-hand, the system records your last confirmed action. Raise a live chat ticket immediately with the table name and round time so we can pull the session log.
Bet Not Registered A bet that shows pending but does not confirm before the deal closes should be reported with a screenshot. We review the server record and resolve it against the round result.
Side Bet Rules Query Each poker variant has a side bet pay table accessible via the info icon on the table. If the display is unclear, our support team can walk you through the specific variant's pay schedule.
pusy888 What We Run in the Poker Channel

What We Run in the Poker Channel

The live poker channel at pusy888 carries tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios that stream from dedicated studios with trained croupiers. You will find Texas Hold'em Cash or Crash, Three Card Poker, and Caribbean Stud among the active rooms. Each table shows the current pot limit and seat availability before you sit. RTP figures are shown only where

the game provider publishes them on the table interface. Players in Karachi who have funded via JazzCash can move from the slot lobby to a poker room in the same session without a second deposit step.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Our Poker Rooms

Live poker integrity rests on the physical card shuffle you can watch on stream, not on an RNG. Here is how we keep the channel clean and consistent for every player who sits down.

Streamed Card Handling

Every deal is streamed from a real shoe. You watch the shuffle, the cut, and each card as it lands. There is no hidden RNG layer between the dealer's hand and your screen.

Provider Certification

Tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live carry independent game-integrity audits from their respective certification bodies. We publish provider names so you can verify their certifications directly.

Account Security at Login

Pakistan Secure Login 510 is the account access flow we use — OTP verification tied to your registered mobile number before any session starts, keeping your poker bankroll behind a second confirmation step.

Round History Access

Every hand you play is logged in your account's round history. If a result ever looks wrong, you can pull the exact hand, see the cards dealt, and submit it for review with one tap.

Live Poker Terms You Should Know

New to live poker or just want a clear definition of what you are looking at on the table? These are the terms that come up most in our poker channel.

What is a Community Card in poker?

A community card is dealt face-up in the centre of the table and shared by all players. Texas Hold'em uses five community cards — the flop, turn, and river — to complete each hand.

What does Ante mean at a poker table?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed by every player before cards are dealt. It seeds the pot and ensures there is something to compete for from the first card onwards.

What is a Side Bet in live poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand, usually on a specific card combination like a suited pair. It pays independently of whether you win the main pot.

What does Fold mean in a poker round?

To fold is to discard your hand and withdraw from the current round. You forfeit any chips already bet but avoid losing more. Folded hands cannot be re-entered in the same round.

What is Caribbean Stud Poker?

Caribbean Stud is a table poker variant played against the dealer rather than other players. You receive five cards, decide to raise or fold, and win if your hand beats the dealer's qualifying hand.

What does RTP mean in a live poker game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of bets returned over a long run. In live poker, RTP is shown only where the game provider publishes it on the table interface.
